目的:探讨人参皂苷Rgl结合美满霉素对脑缺血大鼠海马记忆能力的影响。方法:将40只成年雄性大鼠平均分为正常组、假手术组、慢性脑缺血组、人参皂苷Rgl结合美满霉素组,制备慢性脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型,模型建立后给予各组药物处理,时间为21天。利用水迷宫和穿梭箱实验评价大鼠海马的记忆功能。结果:人参皂苷Rgl联合美满霉素组大鼠找到隐蔽平台前游泳的时间明显小于模型组,找到隐蔽平台的潜伏期也明显比模型组缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从第2天开始给药组与缺血组相比,电击时间和主动逃避时间明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人参皂苷Rgl结合美满霉素联合能够有效改善脑缺血大鼠的记忆能力。
Objective: To investigate the effects of ginsenoside Rg1 and minocycline on hippocampal memory in cerebral ischemia rats. Methods: Forty adult male rats were equally divided into normal group, sham operation group, chronic cerebral ischemia group, ginsenoside Rgl and minocycline group. Chronic cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat model was established. After establishment of model, Group drug treatment, time is 21 days. Assessment of memory function in rat hippocampus by water maze test and shuttle box test. Results: Ginsenoside Rgl combined with minocycline group swimming time to find the hidden platform was significantly less than the model group, to find hidden platform latency was significantly shorter than the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared with ischemic group, the shock time and active evacuation time were significantly shortened in the administration group from the second day, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ginsenoside Rgl combined with minocycline can effectively improve the memory of rats with cerebral ischemia.
