本文探讨了西洋参(Panax.quinquefolia,or America ginseng)茎叶总甙(PNS)对环磷酰胺(Cyclophosphamide,CY)造成的骨髓受抑模型鼠细胞免疫及骨髓增殖的调节效应。结果表明PNS可部分恢复CY抑制骨髓细胞增殖能力和脾细胞的活性,且明显提高受抑小鼠IL—3,IL—6样物质的产生。提示PNS通过对造血相关因子的调节作用拮抗CY所致的骨髓抑制。
This article explored the regulatory effects of Panax quinquefolia (or America ginseng) stem-leaf pupae (PNS) on cellular immunity and myeloproliferation in bone marrow-suppressed model mice induced by cyclophosphamide (CY). The results showed that PNS can partially restore CY to inhibit the proliferation of bone marrow cells and the activity of splenocytes, and significantly increase the production of IL-3 and IL-6-like substances in the treated mice. It is suggested that PNS antagonizes myelosuppression induced by CY through the regulation of hematopoietic related factors.
