企业人力资源绩效评价,作为人力资源管理的核心与重点,如何实现科学评价是现代企业亟待解决的重点。近些年来,国际经济不景气,国内竞争进入了白热化阶段,如何通过加强“人”的管理,提升企业内力十分关键。而人力资源管理绩效评价能够有效提升管理质量,因而越来越受企业管理层的重视。本文结合人力资源管理绩效评价的概念及作用,探讨了企业人力资源管理绩效评价方法,并进行了实证研究。
The evaluation of human resource performance of enterprises, as the core and key point of human resource management, is how to realize scientific evaluation, which is the key to be solved urgently by modern enterprises. In recent years, the international economic downturn and the domestic competition have entered a white-hot stage. It is crucial how to enhance the internal power of enterprises through strengthening the management of “people”. However, HRM performance evaluation can effectively improve the quality of management and is therefore paid more and more attention by the enterprise management. Based on the concept and function of human resource management performance evaluation, this paper discusses the evaluation method of human resource management performance and conducts empirical research.
