目标教学就是以系统化、具体化的教学目标为中心,以个别教学和学习小组教学相结合为基本形式,以“反馈——矫正”为关键,检测目标达成度的教学评价为手段,将教学过程、教学评价、教学目标贯穿成一个整体,从而实现教学过程的方法。融入了微课的生物课堂,学生在课外自学,在课内合作探究、讨论交流,教师不再是知识的传播者,而是学生探究活动的引导者、帮助者和组织者。这使生物课堂教学充满智慧的魅力,成为放飞学生个性的理想殿堂。微课用于初中生物教学,能很好地延伸课堂学习时间,打破传统的教学时空限制,培养学生的自主学习能力,对学生生物知识的学习能够产生积极的影响。
