本文报道用最小偏向角和固定入射角相结合的方法测量NGAB晶体的折射率no和ne,计算其相位匹配角,给出色散方程以及no和ne温度系数的测量结果.用LD泵浦3mm×3mm×5mm的NGAB晶体,实现1.06μm到0.53μm的自信频转换,输出5mW以上的绿色倍频激光,光─光转换效率约0.5%;基频激光1.064μm;输出为214mW;光─光转换效率为26%.
In this paper, the refractive index no and ne of NGAB crystal were measured by a combination of the minimum deflection angle and the fixed incident angle. The phase matching angle was calculated and the dispersion coefficient and the temperature coefficient of no and ne were measured. LD pumping 3mm × 3mm × 5mm NGAB crystal to achieve 1.06μm to 0.53μm self-confidence frequency conversion, the output of more than 5mW green frequency doubled laser, light ─ ─ light conversion efficiency of about 0.5%; fundamental laser 1.064μm; output 214mW; light ─ light conversion efficiency of 26%.
