目的 探讨长途客车司机接触的职业紧张因素及其引起的紧张反应。方法 采用NOISH推荐的一般工作紧张问卷 (GJSQ)对唐山市长途汽车站 15 2名男性长途客车司机进行了职业紧张问卷调查和影响因素分析。结果 发现工作需求、工作责任、工作前景的未知性是此次调查的长途司机的主要职业紧张因素 ;自尊感、应付策略和社会支持是缓冲因素 ;司机组各紧张反应除抑郁症外均高于对照组。结论 提示司机组紧张程度高于对照组
Objective To investigate the occupational stress caused by long-distance bus drivers and the tensions caused by them. Methods A questionnaire survey and influencing factors on occupational stress were conducted on 15 2 male coach drivers at the coach station of Tangshan City using the General Work Stress Questionnaire (GJSQ) recommended by NOISH. The results showed that the job needs, job responsibilities, job prospects unknown job long-distance drivers in this survey is the main occupational stress factors; self-esteem, coping strategies and social support as a buffer; driver group, except for depression are higher than Control group. Conclusions prompted the driver group than the control group
