目的:探讨血府逐瘀制剂提取物对大鼠血浆内毒素水平及细菌移位发生的影响,从这2个层面研究活血化瘀法的抗炎机理。方法:以鲎试剂法测定大鼠血浆内毒素水平,以细菌培养法计测细菌移位发生情况。结果:各用药组内毒素水平较C组显著降低(P<0.01),其中L组已接近N组水平(P>0.05);L组肝脏细菌移位率明显低于C组(P<0.01),M组亦低于C组(P<0.05);但各组肠系膜淋巴结细菌移位率无统计学意义。结论:血府运瘀制剂提取物可以通过在一定程度上降低血浆内毒素水平、抑制肝脏细菌移位的发生从而发挥抗炎作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu extract on plasma endotoxin levels and bacterial translocation in rats, and to study the anti-inflammatory mechanism of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method from these two aspects. Methods: The level of endotoxin in plasma of rats was measured by 鲎 reagent method, and bacterial translocation was measured by bacterial culture method. Results: The level of endotoxin in each group was significantly lower than that in group C (P <0.01), and L group was close to N group (P> 0.05). The bacterial translocation rate in L group was significantly lower than that in C group (P <0.01) , But also lower in group M than in group C (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in bacterial translocation between mesenteric lymph nodes in each group. Conclusion: The extract from Xuefu Yunyu can exert anti-inflammatory effects by reducing the level of plasma endotoxin and inhibiting the bacterial translocation in the liver to a certain extent.
