本文以CNKI为数据源,采用词频分析、共词分析、社会网络分析、多维尺度分析等方法,对2001—2016年我国网络学习绩效的研究文献进行计量分析,重点开展期刊分布、核心研究单位及高产作者、作者合作模式、研究热点、研究趋势、研究主题方面的计量研究。结果显示:1优秀成果较为集中地发表在继续教育类核心期刊上;2师范类院校的研究成果具有数量上的绝对优势;3同一机构内的合作居多;4从共现图谱中分析研究热点和趋势,发现研究内容不深,有较大的交叉演变空间;5我国网络学习绩效可分为四个研究主题:学习绩效评价及促进策略研究、学习绩效影响因素理论及实践研究、学习绩效量规设计及个性化知识服务研究以及组织学习对提高企业绩效的中介作用研究。最后,指出本领域的研究不足并进行展望。
This article takes CNKI as the data source, uses the method of word frequency analysis, co-word analysis, social network analysis and multidimensional scaling analysis to measure and analyze the research literature of online learning performance in our country from 2001 to 2016. The dissertation focuses on the distribution of periodicals, core research units and High-yielding authors, author cooperation patterns, research hot spots, research trends, and research topics. The results showed that: 1 excellent results were more concentrated in the core journals of continuing education; 2 the research results of normal universities have the absolute quantity; 3 most of the cooperation within the same institution; 4 from the co-occurrence map analysis of research hot spots And trends, find that the content of the study is not deep, there is a large space for cross-evolution; 5 China’s network learning performance can be divided into four research topics: learning performance evaluation and promotion strategy research, learning performance theory and practice of performance factors, learning performance metrics Design and personalized knowledge service research and organizational learning to improve the performance of the intermediary role of enterprises. Finally, it points out the research deficiencies in the field and prospects.
