综观企业教育近20年的发展,我们不难发现,企业教育始终处于改革的风口浪尖上,它已成为企业深化改革的睛雨表。在企业市场化程度日益提高、走向国际步伐日益加大之时,人才和教育问题被摆到了前所未有的高度。但是,在工作实践中,企业教育仍然有许多问题需要进一步研究和探讨。为此,本刊于 2000年教师节前夕,组织了全国部分企业教育工作者座谈会,请他们谈认识,谈体会,谈思路。这些来自企业教育一线的呼声,有一个共同的认识,就是企业教育必须在时代大潮中找准位置,重塑“新我”。这些理性的思考和改革的意识使我们看到了企业教育改革和发展的希望。
Looking at the development of enterprise education in the past 20 years, we can easily find that corporate education has always been at the cusp of reform. It has become the keynote table for enterprises to deepen their reforms. At a time when the degree of marketization in enterprises is increasing day by day and the pace of international development is ever increasing, the issue of personnel and education has been placed at an unprecedented height. However, there are still many problems in business education that need to be further studied and discussed in practice. To this end, the magazine on the eve of the Teacher’s Day in 2000, organized part of the country’s business educators forum, ask them to talk about, talk about experience, talk ideas. These calls from the front line of business education, there is a common understanding that business education must find its place in the tide of the times, reshape the “new me.” These rational thinking and the awareness of reform make us see the hope of enterprise education reform and development.
