本文报告615小鼠可移植性乳腺—Ca759的电镜观察。肿瘤由大小不一,多形性的癌细胞密集排列而成,间质极少,符合小鼠B型乳腺癌中髓样癌诊断。癌细胞分明,暗两种,多呈合体生长,部分细胞有紧密连接,并可见原始腺腔样结构。核质比大;核不规则,可见假包涵体;核仁大,多边集;有丝分裂多见。胞质中大量游离核蛋白体,高尔基复合体不明显,中等量中粗面内质网,多呈囊状扩张,内可见许多圆形致密颗粒,内微囊少见。癌巢中央多有退变现象,有淋巴细胞浸润,并有癌溶现象。细胞内、外未寻见典型病毒颗粒。
This article reports electron microscopy of 615 mouse transplantable breast-Ca759. The tumors are densely packed with pleomorphic and pleomorphic cancer cells, with very few interstitium, and are consistent with the diagnosis of medullary carcinoma in mouse type B breast cancer. The cancer cells were distinct and dark, and most of them were fit-growth. Some cells were tightly connected and the original glandular structure was visible. Large nuclear-to-mass ratio; nuclear irregularities, false inclusion body; large nucleolus, multilateral set; mitosis more common. A large number of free ribosome in the cytoplasm, Golgi complex is not obvious, moderate in the rough endoplasmic reticulum, mostly cystic dilatation, there are many round dense particles, the inner microcapsule rare. There are many degenerations in the central part of the cancer nest, lymphocytic infiltration, and cancerous phenomenon. No typical virus particles were found inside or outside the cell.
