在当前高考形势下,农村高中培养艺术生上本科不失为一条捷径。广大农村(尤其是民族地区)高中艺术班如雨后春笋般出现,但在培养艺术生方面还十分粗放、流于形式。譬如,管理观念陈旧,准入门槛低,培养模式单一,教学能力不强等。学校绞尽脑汁培养出来的学生禁不起高校考验,得不到社会认可。很大程度上打击了学生学习艺术的积极性,直接给众多的农村高中带来负面影响。针对这一现状,笔者提出一些看法。
In the current situation of college entrance examination, it is a short cut to cultivate art students in rural high schools. In the vast rural areas (especially ethnic areas), art classes in high schools have emerged like mushrooms, but they are still very extensive in terms of cultivating art students. For example, outdated management concepts, low barriers to entry, a single training model, and weak teaching skills. The students who have been brainstormed by the school can not stand the test of colleges and universities and have no social recognition. To a large extent, students’ enthusiasm for learning the arts was greatly impaired, which directly brought negative effects to many rural high schools. In response to this situation, the author put forward some views.
