本文旨在论述现阶段档案利用过程中存在的问题及相应对策,将从历史档案利用过程中存在的问题、诸多问题存在的原因、解决历史档案利用过程诸多问题的对策三个层面进行阐述。 The purpose of this paper is to discuss the existing problems and corresponding countermeasures in the process of archives utilization at the present stage. The expatiation will be made on three aspects: the existing problems in the utilization process of historical archives, the reasons for many problems and the solutions to many problems in historical archives utilization.
