绩效管理对于我国企业经营管理中起到举足轻重的作用,是人力资源管理的关键部分。作为人力资源管理棘手的问题,企业对于绩效考核管理还存在不少改进之处,企业往往在实际情况中绩效考核实行不到位,致使绩效考核结果受到影响。所以企业必须重视绩效管理,将绩效管理提上日程,采取科学有效的方法,针对存在的问题进行及时解决,从而积极改善现状,有助于企业长期发展。本文通过对绩效管理相关理论的初步研究,进一步了解了某勘察设计公司绩效管理制度和运行情况,分析了绩效管理中存在的问题,运用人力资源管理、管理学、心理学、绩效管理等学科的知识,提出了相应的对策。
Performance management plays an important role in the management of enterprises in our country and is a key part of human resources management. As a thorny issue of human resources management, there are still many improvements in performance appraisal and management for enterprises. Enterprises often fail to implement performance appraisal in actual situations, which will affect the performance appraisal results. Therefore, enterprises must attach importance to performance management, put the performance management on the agenda, adopt a scientific and effective method, and solve the problems in time so as to actively improve the status quo and help the long-term development of the enterprise. Based on the preliminary research on the theory of performance management, this paper further understands the performance management system and operation of a survey and design company, analyzes the existing problems in performance management, and uses the disciplines of human resource management, management science, psychology and performance management Knowledge, put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
