一个优秀教师的教学艺术实际上主要体现在他的语言和行为上。教师在教学乃至生活中表现出来的具有个性化和创造性的语言、行为,不仅可以对他的学生成长发挥指导、示范作用,甚至可以对一定的社会群体产生深远的影响。孔子就是这样一位“言为千秋则,行为万世师”的伟大教育家。认真研究孔子的教育实践,我们就可以进一步认识讲求教师语言、行为艺术的必要性,明确教师语言、行为艺术的评价标准,并且从而认清提高教师语言、行为艺术的根本途径。
The teaching art of an outstanding teacher is actually reflected in his language and behavior. The personalized and creative language and behavior demonstrated by teachers in teaching and even life can not only guide and demonstrate the development of his students, but also can have a profound influence on certain social groups. Confucius is such a great educator who says “it is a thousand years of age and acts as a teacher of all ages.” After earnestly studying Confucius’s educational practice, we can further understand the necessity of stressing teachers’ language and behavioral art, clarify the evaluation criteria of teachers’ language and behavioral art, and thus recognize the fundamental ways of improving teachers’ language and behavioral art.
