在5连体气流上升式密集烤房房顶设计建造了低成本的日光温室型太阳能集热器,并与没有接装集热器的密集烤房进行了烟叶烘烤对比试验。结果表明,利用太阳能辅助供热密集烤房的平均单位干烟叶耗煤量(1.66 kg/kg)显著地低于对照烤房(2.02 kg/kg);平均节煤率为17.82%,节电率为4.48%。5连体太阳能烤房烤后烟叶的等级结构和外观质量均稍好于对照;相同部位主要化学成分含量与对照均没有明显差异;香气成分含量高于对照。表明5连体密集烤房的节能减排效果显著,烟叶烘烤质量有所提高。
A low-cost solar greenhouse solar collector was designed and constructed on the roof of a five-piece gas-fired ascending intensive barn. Tobacco leaf roasting comparison tests were conducted with intensive barns without a collector. The results showed that the average unit coal consumption (1.66 kg / kg) was significantly lower than that of the control barn (2.02 kg / kg) using the solar assisted intensive curing barn. The average coal saving rate was 17.82% 4.48%. 5 Siamese solar barn roasted tobacco leaf structure and appearance quality were slightly better than the control; the same part of the main chemical composition and control were no significant differences; aroma content was higher than the control. Show that 5 Siamese intensive barn energy-saving emission reduction effect is significant, tobacco baking quality has improved.
