教学目标的制定要适应千差万别的学生,这样才有利于发挥学生目标的定向、激励、反馈的功能,有利于教学质量的提高。而做到因材施教,就不仅要考虑学生身体发展的特征,还要考虑学生心理发展的需要,如:脾气、性格、气质等,即个性发展的差异,因为性格是人典型的、稳定的心理特点。为此,如何使体育课堂教学目标设置更科学、更有效,研究性格与教学目标设置之间的关系是很有必要的。
Teaching goals to adapt to the development of different students, so as to help students to play a targeted orientation, motivation, feedback, is conducive to improving the quality of teaching. However, when teaching students according to their aptitudes, not only the characteristics of students ’physical development should be considered, but also the needs of students’ psychological development should be considered, such as temper, personality and temperament, that is, the differences in personality development. Because personality is typical of man and stable in psychology . Therefore, how to make PE teaching goal set more scientific and effective, it is necessary to study the relationship between personality and teaching goal setting.
