目的探讨临库进检院内感染标本中,嗜麦芽黄单胞菌(Xm)对常用12种抗生素的耐药特性及对Xm所致院内感染的药物治疗。方法标本获得统培养后,采用Scepter半自动药敏鉴定仪操作规程进行操作。结果从临床进检院内感染标本中共分离获得Xm89株,对12种常用抗生素平均耐药中为80.6%,敏感率相对较高的抗生素为替卡西林/棒酸(29.2%)、哌拉西林(24.7%)、环丙沙星(21.3%),敏感率较低的是头孢呋肟(3.4%)头孢三嗪(4.5%)、先锋V(6.7%)。结论Xm对多种抗生素耐药,对Xm所致院内感染,应依据药物敏感试验结果选用敏感抗生素,对高度怀疑由Xm所引起的院内感染,在未获得药物敏感试验结果之前,应首选本地区、本科室对Xm敏感率较高的抗生素。
