针对船舶、潜艇海水管路系统中阀门引起的流噪声问题,采用计算流体力学通用软件Fluent对实际使用中的通海阀内流场分布进行仿真计算,根据该可视化结果分析影响通海阀性能和产生噪声的原因,对通海阀的结构进行改进,提出了一种新型内流道结构.该内流道,可有效降低阀内最低压力、提高阀内最高速度、降低阀内最高湍动能、消除漩涡,能够从根本上降低阀门流噪声.同时为高压通海阀提供一个安全、流畅的内部通道,并对通海阀结构以及流道的优化设计提供指导性建议.
Aiming at the problem of flow noise caused by the valve in marine and submarine pipeline system, CFD software FLUENT is used to simulate the flow field distribution in the actual sea-going valve. According to the visualization result, the influence on the valve performance and the noise , This paper proposes a new type of inner flow channel structure.The inner flow channel can effectively reduce the minimum pressure in the valve, increase the maximum speed in the valve, reduce the maximum turbulent kinetic energy in the valve, eliminate the whirlpool, Can fundamentally reduce the valve flow noise.At the same time provide a safe, smooth internal passage for the high-pressure sea-level valve, and provide guidance for the optimization of the sea-pass valve structure and the flow channel.
