受电弓缺陷可引起严重故障,导致接触网大面积损伤。因此,有必要开发一种早期探测这类缺陷的系统。该文作者们开发出一种探测方法,通过测量施加在3个邻近支柱定位器的轴向力,来探测受电弓典型缺陷——滑板沟槽型磨耗。因为这种方法只需测量3个邻近定位器的轴向力,所以可易于应用于运营线路。此外,还开发出一种适用于这种探测方法的系统,由动态应变放大器和数据遥测系统组成的小型、轻量又节电的数据采集装置构成。
Defects in the pantograph can cause serious problems leading to extensive damage to the catenary. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an early detection of such defects in the system. The authors have developed a probing method to detect the typical pantograph flaw type - skid groove wear by measuring the axial force applied to three adjacent column locators. Because this method only needs to measure the axial force of 3 adjacent positioners, it can be easily applied to the operation line. In addition, a system suitable for this detection method has been developed, consisting of a small, lightweight and energy-saving data acquisition device consisting of a dynamic strain amplifier and a data telemetry system.
