研究了Mg-Ni-Gd-Ag合金的非晶形成能力、力学性能及其影响因素。结果表明,Ag元素部分替代Mg元素可以改善Mg75Ni15Gd10的非晶形成能力,制备尺寸由3mm提高到Mg69Ni15Gd10Ag6的7mm;Ag元素的适量添加可提高非晶合金的断裂强度和塑性,改善力学性能。
The formation and mechanical properties of Mg-Ni-Gd-Ag alloy and its influencing factors were studied. The results show that the partial substitution of Ag for Mg can improve the amorphous formation ability of Mg75Ni15Gd10, and the size increases from 3mm to 7mm for Mg69Ni15Gd10Ag6. The proper addition of Ag can improve the breaking strength and ductility of the amorphous alloy and improve the mechanical properties.
