石油销售企业信息化建设的对象是成品油销售业务,按流程和职能的不同,可以划分为批发和零售两大类,包括围绕销售业务的计划、调运、库存、价格、客户等,财务对以上业务进行核算,并以资金价值的形式进行反映。FMIS系统(财务管理信息系统)和进销存管理信息系统(批发业务)已在使用,二次配送系统试点成功,零售管理信息系统正在试点,ERP系统进入推广阶段。从石油企业整体的信息化发展来看,与加油站管理系统并列的客户服务系统尚在规划之中。以上大大小小的系统共有7个。信息系统集成的必要性是显而易见的,也是大势所趋。不集成难以构成完整的、一体化的销售供应链,不集成就不能充分发挥信息系统的作用。
