目的探讨生活饮用水微生物的检验方法和评价标准。方法选取一家生活饮用水中的微生物检验科抽检1000例水样,对其进行微生物大肠菌群检验,将其分成观察组与对比组(n=500)。两组检验方法均经过沉淀、过滤和加氯消毒,对比组主要采用滤膜法进行检验,观察组则采用多管发酵法检验。比较两组的检验效果和评价标准。结果观察组中的总合格率为95.6%,对比组中的总合格率为78%,观察组中的检验合格率明显高于对比组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论多管发酵法检验和滤膜法的比较得出两组的基本数据相同,但是两组检验出来的数值完全不同,其中有80%的滤膜是通过多管发酵法来界定的,因此在相同的检验环境中,大肠菌群的检验显得非常重要。
Objective To explore the test methods and evaluation criteria of microorganisms in drinking water. Methods A total of 1000 water samples were collected from a microbiological laboratory of drinking water and were tested for microbial coliforms. They were divided into observation group and control group (n = 500). The two test methods were precipitated, filtered and chlorinated disinfection, the control group mainly used the membrane test, the observation group was tested by multi-tube fermentation. The test results and evaluation criteria were compared between the two groups. Results The total pass rate in the observation group was 95.6%, the total pass rate in the control group was 78%, the pass rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The comparison of multi-tube fermentation and membrane filtration showed that the basic data of the two groups were the same, but the values of the two groups were completely different. Among them, 80% of the filters were defined by multi-tube fermentation, The same test environment, the coliform test is very important.
