目的:建立丹黄祛瘀片中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC,色谱柱为Agilent NH2柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-无水乙醇-3%磷酸(82∶10∶8),检测波长220 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果:苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的线性范围分别为0.385~2.31(r=0.999 6)和0.021 8~0.239 8(r=0.999 2)μg;平均加样回收率分别为99.0%(RSD 0.85%,n=6),97.2%(RSD 1.0%,n=6)。结论:该法简便,快速,结果准确,重复性好,可用于控制丹黄祛瘀片的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of matrine and oxymatrine in Danhuang Quyu tablets. Methods: The HPLC column was Agilent NH2 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-absolute ethanol-3% phosphoric acid (82:10:8) , Flow rate 1.0 mL.min-1. Results: The linear range of matrine and oxymatrine were 0.385 ~ 2.31 (r = 0.999 6) and 0.021 8 ~ 0.239 8 (r = 0.999 2) μg, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.0% (RSD 0.85 %, n = 6), 97.2% (RSD 1.0%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible and can be used to control the quality of Dan Huang Quyu tablets.
