当前一个时期,随着素质教育的进展和新课程标准改革方案的有力实施,初中数学教学亟待改进教学策略和教学模式。采用分层教学法会更加关注每一个层次学生理解和掌握数学知识的情况,这也让每一名学生都能感觉到自己被课堂所重视,被教师所认可,从而更加坚定学好数学的信念。结合苏教版教材,通过描述初中数学教学中实施分层教学的必要性,结合生动的教学案例着重阐述分层教学的策略方法。
In the current period, along with the progress of quality education and the effective implementation of the new curriculum standards reform program, teaching strategies and teaching modes urgently need to be improved in junior high school mathematics teaching. The use of a layered teaching method will pay more attention to understanding and mastery of mathematics knowledge at every level. This will enable every student to feel valued in the classroom and recognized by teachers, so as to be more determined to learn math. Combined with the teaching materials of the Sujiao version, this article describes the strategy of stratification teaching by describing the necessity of implementing the stratification teaching in the junior middle school mathematics teaching and combining the vivid teaching cases.
