作者报告经手术、病理证实肾肿瘤80例。其中恶性瘤74例,良性瘤6例。各种影像检查符合率:超声87.9％(53/60);CT92％(35/38);传统X线82～99.5％(41/50～28/30)。文中介绍良性瘤影像学表现:回声均匀,密度均质,瘤缘光整;肾盂肾盏仅受压移位,未见浸蚀破坏。恶性瘤影像学表现:回声光点分布不均匀,瘤周毛糙不整;肾盂肾盏不规则破坏;病变区见网织状肿瘤血管及肿瘤染色。笔者重点讨论了影像学检查对肾肿瘤的诊断价值及鉴别诊断。
The authors report 80 cases of renal tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology. Of which 74 cases of malignant tumors, benign tumors in 6 cases. The coincidence rate of various imaging examinations: 87.9% (53/60) of the ultrasound, CT92% (35/38), and 82-99.5% (41/50 ~ 28/30) of the traditional X-ray. The article describes the benign tumor imaging performance: uniform echo, homogeneous density, neoplasm margin; renal pelvis only pressure displacement, no erosion damage. Malignant tumor imaging findings: uneven distribution of echogenic spots, irregular peritubular tumors; irregular rupture of the renal pelvis; lesions seen in reticular tumors and tumor staining. The author focused on the imaging diagnosis of kidney tumors diagnostic value and differential diagnosis.
