目的:研究拉呋替丁片含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Agilent HC-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈:0.01 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢铵溶液(30:70)(三乙胺调节pH5.80);检测波长:220nm;流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:拉夫替丁在1.016~10.16 mg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内线性良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.2%(n=9)。结论:本法操作简便、准确可靠、重复性好。
Objective: To study the method of determination of lafutidine tablets. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (0.01 mol·L -1) ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution (30 mL) with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with Agilent HC-C 18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, : 70) (triethylamine adjusted pH5.80); detection wavelength: 220nm; flow rate: 1.0 ml · min -1. RESULTS: Lactate was linear over the concentration range of 1.016-10.16 mg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 9) with an average recovery of 99.4% and a RSD of 0.2% (n = 9). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible.
