采用免疫组化ABC法测定了用水浸、温度、酸、碱、腐败、霉变等理化因素处理后的人体组织的ABH物质含量变化。结果显示:水浸21天的皮肤、100℃处理40分钟的舌、0.2molLHCl和0.2mool/LNaOH浸泡48小时的皮肤与舌以及12mol/LHCl和12mol/LNaOH浸泡30分钟的皮肤.它们的ABH物质有不同程度的减少,仍能正确判定其AHO型。腐败与霉变21天的胰腺组织,血管内皮尚含ABH物质,依然能正确判定其ABO型,不受霉菌和细菌B、H物质的影响。
The changes of ABH content in human tissues treated with physicochemical factors such as water immersion, temperature, acid, alkali, decay, mildew and so on were determined by immunohistochemical ABC method.
