对目前两种主要工业加工用大功率YAG和CO2 激光器的焊接特性进行了比较研究。理论上比较了用两种激光加工时的材料吸收率差异。实验上直接比较了两种激光的焊接效果 ,并依据能效对两者进行定量比较分析。实验结果表明YAG激光的平均能效为CO2 激光平均能效的 3 6 2 3倍 ,与理论的两种激光吸收率比值接近。而两者焊缝几何形状受焊接参数的影响规律相似。研究结果对薄板壳金属材料的焊接提供有价值的参考。
The welding characteristics of two kinds of high-power YAG and CO2 lasers for the current major industrial processes are compared. In theory, the laser absorptance difference between the two kinds of laser processing is compared. The welding effect of two kinds of laser is directly compared experimentally, and the two are compared quantitatively according to energy efficiency. The experimental results show that the average energy efficiency of YAG laser is 3623 times the average energy efficiency of CO2 laser, which is close to the theoretical ratio of two laser absorptivities. The welding seam geometries are similar to the welding parameters. The results provide a valuable reference for the welding of sheet metal materials.
