目的:研究糖肾芪(齐)对糖尿病肾病(DN)模型大鼠的保护作用。方法:SD大鼠一次性尾静脉注射链脲佐茵素(STZ),建立DN模型大鼠。成模后随机分为模型对照组、糖肾芪(齐)高、中、低剂量(生药28.0,14.0,7.0 g·kg-1)组、糖脉康颗粒组及糖适平+卡托普利组,连续给药12周,观察动物一般状况;定期检测动物的体重、饮食、饮水、尿液指标(尿糖和尿蛋白)、血液指标(空腹血糖、肌酐、尿素、糖化血红蛋白),给药结束后,进行肾脏质量及指数、PAS染色肾小球阳性区域面积测定以及肾脏组织病理学检查。结果:糖肾芪(齐)能降低DN模型大鼠血糖,调节糖代谢异常,促进肝糖元的转化;同时减少尿量,降低尿糖及尿蛋白含量,提高肾小球滤过率;抑制肾脏肥大,降低肾脏病变发生率及改善和修复病变程度。结论:糖肾芪(齐)对DN模型大鼠有较好的保护作用。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Tangshen Qi (Qi) on diabetic nephropathy (DN) model rats. Methods: One-time tail vein injection of streptozotocin (STZ) in SD rats was used to establish DN model rats. After modeling, the rats were randomly divided into model control group, high and medium dose and low dose of sugar and kidney Qi (Qi), 28.0, 14.0 and 7.0 g · kg-1 of crude drug, The rats were sacrificed for 12 weeks continuously to observe the general condition of the animals. The body weight, diet, drinking water, urine indexes (urine and urine protein), blood indexes (fasting blood glucose, creatinine, urea and glycated hemoglobin) After the medicine was finished, the kidney mass and index, the area of the positive area of PAS-stained glomerulus and the histopathology of the kidney were measured. Results: Tangshen Qi (Qi) can reduce blood glucose in DN rats, regulate glucose metabolism and promote hepatic glycogen conversion; reduce urine output, reduce urinary glucose and urinary protein content, improve glomerular filtration rate; inhibit Renal hypertrophy, reduce the incidence of renal disease and improve and repair the lesion. Conclusion: Tangshenqi (Qi) has a good protective effect on DN model rats.
