目的 为了探索HIV体外培养的最佳条件 ,培养毒力强 ,产量高的HIV ,供与艾滋病相关的实验研究用。方法 观察了接种HIV后不做任何处理 ,接种第 3d分别补加MT4细胞悬液和只补加新鲜培养液 3种不同培养方式 ,在不同的培养时间的CPE ,HIV感染毒力及病毒产量。结果 发现后两组感染毒力及病毒产量高于不处理组 ,而后两组相互之间无明显差别。结论 接种HIV第 3天补加新鲜培养液 ,是 3种培养方式中最经济实用 ,简单可行的方法
Objective To explore the best conditions for in vitro culture of HIV and to develop HIV with high virulence and high yield for AIDS-related experimental research. Methods The mice were treated with HIV without any treatment. In the third day after inoculation, MT4 cell suspension and fresh culture medium supplemented with three different culture methods were used. CPE, HIV virulence and virus production at different culture time were observed. The results showed that after the two groups of infectious virulence and virus production was higher than the untreated group, and then there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The third day after inoculation of HIV supplemented with fresh culture medium is the most economical, practical and simple method for the three kinds of culture methods
