对于房屋楼梯,施工单位多采用一次整浇成活的作法,不再二次抹灰。但在进行踏步模板设计时,往往忽略了楼(地)面作法的厚度 t,造成了竣工后楼梯踏步高度不一致的现象。纠正该设计疏忽的方法其实很简单,即在进行踏步模板设计时,事先查出 t 及图示踏步高度 h,然后使踏步模板最下边的挡板高度为 h+t,最上边挡板高度为 h-t,其他挡板高度均为 h。采用此法施工的楼梯,在处理完楼(地)面后,踏步高度一致,符合施工
