目的:研究结肠癌转移相关基因(MACC1)在食管鳞癌中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 :采用Western blot方法检测食管鳞癌细胞株和40例胸中段食管鳞癌组织及配对癌旁组织中MACC1蛋白的表达情况。结果 :KYSE510、EC109两种食管鳞癌细胞株中MACC1蛋白相对表达量分别为0.413±0.175、0.876±0.202,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。40例配对胸中段食管鳞癌组织中,MACC1蛋白表达水平癌组织为0.513±0.228,癌旁组织为0.248±0.179,癌组织和配对癌旁组织表达差异有统计学意义,且在伴有淋巴结转移的癌组织中表达量明显较高(P<0.05)。结论:MACC1与食管鳞癌的发生、发展及转移密切相关。
Objective: To study the expression of metastasis related gene (MACC1) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with lymph node metastasis. Methods: Western blot was used to detect the expression of MACC1 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and in 40 middle and upper esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues. Results: The relative expression levels of MACC1 protein in KYSE510 and EC109 cells were 0.413 ± 0.175 and 0.876 ± 0.202, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). In 40 paired esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues, the expression of MACC1 protein was 0.513 ± 0.228 in cancerous tissues and 0.248 ± 0.179 in paracancerous tissues. There was a significant difference in the expression of MACC1 protein between adjacent tissues and adjacent tissues (P <0.05). Conclusion: MACC1 is closely related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
