On the basis of summing up the experience of some equipment research and development, the paper mainly elaborates the basic concepts and key technologies of equipment reverse engineering, and gives the corresponding process. Strive to digest and absorb advanced foreign technology and improve China’s design, manufacturing level to explore a set of practical methods.
