派出所工作重心调整后，责任区民警对技防在安全防范网络建设中作用的认识并未真正到位，不少地区的刑事发案呈上升趋势。目前，应大力提高责任区民警的认识，加强对技防手段的研究，抓好技防措施的推广。同时，应注意把握好３个问题：１．开展技防必须以人防为基础，做到两者的真正融合。２．技防必须坚持以创社会效益为主，防止偏离方向。３．开展技防必须循序渐进，避免急于求成。
