船舶在航行中与来船相遇时,如何及早精确掌握他船的航行动态和正确确定本船的避让措施,对安全航行起着极为重要的作用。为此,过去在必要时,一般都采用雷达作图方法来求得来船航行动态和本船避让措施等问题的解决。然而,这种作图方法明显地存在着费时间误差较大等缺陷。当前,上述方法正逐渐为船用电子计算机所代替。从雷达上获得的初始数据,经过电子计算机按事先编制的计算程序进行一系列的运算,就能随时给我们提供船舶航行动态和避让措施的正确结果。本文对航行动态和避让措施的计算问题进行一些初步的探讨,以供编制船用电子计算程序时的参考。
When a ship encounters an incoming vessel during navigation, how to accurately grasp the navigation dynamics of the other vessel and correctly determine the avoidance measures of the own vessel as early as possible plays an extremely important role in safe navigation. To this end, in the past when necessary, radar mapping methods are generally used to find the solution to the problems of navigating the ship and avoiding the ship. However, this method of drawing obviously has the defects of large time-consuming error. At present, the above methods are gradually replaced by marine electronic computers. The initial data obtained from the radar, after a series of computations carried out by the computer according to a pre-programmed calculation program, can provide us with the correct results of the ship’s navigation dynamics and avoidance measures at any time. This paper carries out some preliminary discussions on the calculation of navigational dynamics and avoidance measures for reference when compiling shipborne electronic computing programs.
