50例糖尿病患者血清T_3和FT_3明显低于正常对照组;rT_3明显高于正常对照组;T_3/rT_3比值明显降低;T_4与正常对照者无差别。控制较差的Ⅰ、Ⅱ型糖尿病组的变化较基本控制组者更为显著,而控制较差的Ⅰ、Ⅱ型组之间血清T_3、rT_3、T_4、FT_3、FT_4、TSH均值均无差别。血清T_3、rT_3、FT_3、T_3/rT_3比值与血糖密切相关,这说明甲状腺激素变化与糖尿病病情严重程度有关,而与糖尿病型别的关系不大。血清甲状腺激素的测定对糖尿病严重程度的判断、预后的估计具有参考价值,对糖尿病疗效观察亦有一定意义。

Serum thyroid hormone determination of the severity of diabetes to determine the prognosis of the estimate of reference value, the efficacy of diabetes also have some significance.
