As a gas-containing organ, the lungs are usually considered as blind spots for ultrasound examination. However, with the development of ultrasound medical technology, the application of pulmonary ultrasound has drawn increasing attention. As the ultrasound produces reflections on the surface of the lungs, a horizontally moving pleural reverb artifact forms, called the A-line. Some studies show that, in fact, it is due to changes in the volume of air and interstitial fluid produced ~ ([1]).
