现今随着我国社会经济的快速发展,我国各大企业间的竞争也变得越来越激烈,并且当今的社会属于信息化时代,企业若要在竞争激烈的市场氛围下稳定发展,并谋得一席之地,就必须要对企业经营形式进行创新与改革,尤其是企业人力资源管理工作,应该有效的将新型管理形式融入到人力资源管理工作当中,进而更好的在其新型发展模式下稳定发展。本文就通过对企业人力资源外包形式进行分析,明确其主要意义,并对其风险进行有效研究,从而制定更为有效的防范措施,更好对企业管理形式进行完善,为促进企业稳定发展奠定坚实基础。
Nowadays with the rapid socio-economic development in our country, the competition among the major enterprises in our country has become fiercer and fiercer. Nowadays the society belongs to the era of informationization. If enterprises want to develop steadily under the fierce market atmosphere and seek One place, we must innovate and reform the business forms, especially the human resources management of enterprises, we should effectively integrate new forms of management into the work of human resources management, and thus better under the new development model of stable development. In this paper, through analyzing the form of human resources outsourcing of enterprises, we can make clear its main meaning and make effective research on its risks so as to formulate more effective precautionary measures, perfect the management forms of enterprises and lay a solid foundation for the stable development of enterprises basis.
