针对某型EPS系统试验脉谱在操稳性测试中存在的问题,采用集成机械参数和控制参数的方法优化EPS系统参数;通过建立多目标优化函数和约束条件,分别运用遗传算法和改进的粒子群优化算法,获取Pareto最优解;最后,对模型进行了操稳性客观评价的时、频域匹配验证。结果表明,利用机械参数和控制参数集成优化方法,可以使车辆的操稳性能达到综合最优。
In order to solve the problems in stability test of a certain type of EPS system test pulse, the parameters of EPS system are optimized by integrating the mechanical parameters and the control parameters. By establishing multi-objective optimization function and constraints, the genetic algorithm and improved particle Swarm optimization algorithm to obtain Pareto optimal solution. Finally, the model is verified objectively and time-frequency-domain matching. The results show that using the integrated optimization method of mechanical parameters and control parameters, the vehicle handling performance can be comprehensively optimized.
