理论上来说,通信企业通过实现ERP系统集成,可以很大程度上提升企业的管理效率。本文作者所在的通信企业目前已实现了将(会计)核心系统、合同管理子系统、项目管理子系统、采购管理子系统实现了有效的整合,所有建设项目核算涉及的业务信息全部通过业务模块来完成。这一集成的完成很大程度上促进了本企业效益的提升,成为本企业提高效率改善管理的有效利器。本文总结自身所在通信企业的相关成功经验,对通信企业建设项目财务管理的一般状况进行深入浅出的介绍与研究。
