目的:探讨汉防己甲素( T T D) 作为中药耐药逆转剂,是否会引起耐药肿瘤细胞凋亡及其作用机制。方法:用琼脂糖凝胶电泳法观察 H L60/ Adr 细胞 D N A 的梯状条带。结果:汉防己甲素组无梯状条带出现,而 V P16 组则出现明显的梯状条带。结论:汉防己甲素在耐药逆转的浓度内,不会引起 H L60/ Adr 细胞凋亡的发生。
Objective: To investigate whether tetrandrine (T T D ), as a reversal agent of TCM resistance, can induce apoptosis in resistant tumor cells and its mechanism of action. Methods: The ladders of DN A/H cells were visualized by agarose gel electrophoresis. RESULTS: There were no ladders in the tetrandrine group, whereas there were significant ladders in the V P 16 group. CONCLUSION: Tetrandrine does not cause apoptosis in H L60/Adr cells at drug-resistance concentrations.
