目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高内镜检查患者满意度的效果。方法选取内镜医学部7名护理人员组成品管圈小组,采取发放问卷的形式对2015年5月~8月就诊的内镜患者进行满意度调查,对比观察实施活动前后患者的满意度情况。结果实施品管圈活动后,患者的满意度有明显的提高,前后比较,差异均具有统计学意义(x2=10.040 P=0.002<0.05)。结论积极展开品管圈活动,可以有效提高内镜检查患者的满意度,调动医护人员工作的积极性,增强其分析、解决问题的能力,为医院护理质量的持续改进提供有效的手段。“,”Objective: To explorer efects of quality control cycle to improve the nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing endoscopic examination. Methods: 7 nurses in the endoscopy department of our hospital were selected to set up the team of “quality control cycle”, and then the satisfaction of patients undergoing endoscopic examination was observed by the form of a questionnaire. The nursing satisfaction was compared before and after the implement of QCC. Results: After the implement of QCC, the nursing satisfaction was better than before, and there was statistical significant diferences (x2=10.040 P=0.002<0.05). Conclusion: The implement of QCC in the endoscopy department could efectively improve the nursing satisfaction ,mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses, enhance the ability of analyzing and solving problem, and provide efective means for continual improvement of the nursing quality of our hospital.
