薪酬是组织对员工工作所进行的支付,包括经济性支付和非经济性支付两个方面。从薪酬管理对组织发展所产生的影响这一视角出发,以薪酬管理理论为基础,提出实施全面薪酬管理的具体途径。
Salary is paid by the organization for the work of employees, including both economic and non-economic payments. From the perspective of the impact of compensation management on the development of the organization, this paper proposes a concrete approach to the implementation of comprehensive compensation management based on the theory of compensation management.
