目的了解宜兴市一般人群立克次体病血清流行病学特点。方法利用现场流行病学调查方法,按地理位置,选择丘陵山区、太湖渎区、太滆平原、低洼圩区4种地貌地区7个调查点。以间接免疫荧光(indirect immunofluorescence assay,IFA)法检测莫氏立克次体、黑龙江立克次体、西伯利亚立克次体、恙虫病东方体、贝氏苛克斯体、横赛巴尔通体及五日热巴尔通体、查菲埃立克体及人粒细胞无形体等常见7种立克次体血清Ig M或Ig G抗体。结果 4个地区7个调查点539份成人横赛及五日热巴尔通体、黑龙江及西伯利亚立克次体、人粒细胞无形体、莫氏立克次体、恙虫病东方体,人粒细胞埃立克体血清阳性率分别为30.24%、21.15%、15.96%、13.36%、6.12%、0.93%,本次调查未检测到贝氏苛克斯体。人粒细胞无形体,黑龙江及西伯利亚立克次体和恙虫病东方体3种立克次体在不同的地貌之间差异均有统计学意义。横赛及五日热巴尔通体,莫氏立克次体和人粒细胞埃立克体3种在不同地貌地区间差异均无统计学意义。结论宜兴地区人群中存在多种立克次体感染,以横赛及五日热巴尔通体、黑龙江及西伯利亚立克次体、人粒细胞无形体、莫氏立克次体为多,恙虫病东方体也有一定的感染,且立克次体感染的种类分布在地区间差异具有统计学意义。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of rickettsial disease in the general population of Yixing. Methods Based on the field epidemiological investigation method and geographical location, seven survey sites were selected in four kinds of landform areas including hilly and mountainous areas, Taihu Lake area, Taihang plain and low lying polder areas. Indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) was used to detect Rickettsiae, Rickettsia, Rickettsia sibirica, Orientia tsutsugamushi, Bayesian Kalesi, Radix Bartonella, Chafi Ehrlichia and human granulocyte anaplasma and other common seven kinds of Rickettsia serum Ig M or Ig G antibodies. Results The results showed that there were 539 adult cross-races and 5-year-old Baltic rats in 4 regions, Rickettsia in Heilongjiang and Siberian, human anaplasmosis, Rickettsiae, tsutsugamushi, Oriental granulocyte The positive rates of rickettsia serogroups were 30.24%, 21.15%, 15.96%, 13.36%, 6.12% and 0.93%, respectively. No virions were found in this survey. There were statistically significant differences in the morphology of three kinds of rickettsiae in the Heilongjiang and Siberian Rickettsiae and tsutsugamushi. There were no significant differences among the three landraces in the different landforms and territories between the third race and the fifth day of the second race, the Rickettsia and the Ehrlichia granulosus. Conclusion There are many Rickettsia infections in Yixing population. There are many Rickettsia in Hexi and Siberian Rickettsia, Heilongjiang and Siberian Rickettsia, The body also has a certain degree of infection, and the distribution of Rickettsia in different regions has statistical significance.
