非智力因素对人才的综合素质起着举足轻重的作用,高职英语课堂的教学在知识传授的同时还应该挖掘和提升学生的非智力水平。本文基于非智力因素的视角来审视英语课堂教学艺术,探讨了非智力因素、教学艺术和学生学习成绩三者之间的关系,非智力因素中的动机、兴趣、性格、情感和意志与学生的英语学习成绩成正向关系,而教学艺术的运用不仅有利于激发学生英语学习的动机,唤起学习英语的兴趣,还有利于培养学习英语的意志、增强学习的情感,直至培养良好的性格。
Non-intelligence factors play a decisive role in the overall quality of talented people. Teaching of higher vocational English class should also explore and improve the non-intellectual level of students while imparting knowledge. This article examines the English classroom teaching art based on the perspective of non-intellectual factors, explores the relationship between non-intellectual factors, teaching art and student achievement. The motivation, interest, character, emotion and will of non-intellectual factors are closely related to the students’ However, the use of teaching art not only helps motivate students to learn English, but also arouses their interest in learning English. It also helps to cultivate the will to learn English and enhance the learning emotion until it develops good character.
