目的:分析护理安全告知书在重症监护病房中的应用与意义。方法:选取温州医科大学附属第二医院ICU收治的患者进行入组研究,入选时间为2014年6月~2015年6月。以2014年6~12月间收治的患者,设为对照组,共144例,给予常规入院告知。以2015年1~6月收治的患者为观察组,共150例,给予护理安全告知。比较两组患者的满意度和投诉情况。结果:对两组患者和家属进行满意度评估,观察组患者的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中共2名患者家属投诉,投诉率为1.3%,对照组投诉率为5.6%(P<0.05)。结论:在ICU临床中加强护理安全告知书的应用,能够有效加强与患者之间的交流和沟通,进而提高患者和家属对护理的满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the application and significance of nursing safety advice in intensive care unit. Methods: The patients admitted to the ICU of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were enrolled in the study. The enrollment time ranged from June 2014 to June 2015. In 2014 June to December patients admitted to the treatment group, a control group, a total of 144 cases, given general admission notification. Patients admitted from January to June in 2015 were selected as observation group, with a total of 150 cases, giving nursing safety notification. The satisfaction and complaints of two groups were compared. Results: Satisfaction assessment was performed on two groups of patients and their relatives. The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). In the observation group, a total of 2 patients complained of family members, the complaint rate was 1.3%, the control group complained rate was 5.6% (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The application of nursing care notification letter in ICU clinical practice can effectively enhance communication and communication with patients, and improve patient satisfaction with nursing care.
