NOx是文物保存环境的一类重要的污染物,近期采用资源丰富、价格便宜的竹材及竹炭作为吸附剂去除污染物成为热点。本工作采用低温竹炭净化低氮氧化物,并对效果的影响因素进行了探讨,使用扫描电镜对低温竹炭表面形态进行了研究。研究表明,低温竹炭处理浓度在133~457μg/m~3NO时,处理效率可以达到84%~94%,处理浓度在82~453μg/m~3NO_2时,处理效率可以达到93.3%~97.7%。当NO和NO_2同时存在时,NOx在500μg/m~3时(NO:NO_2=2:1),NO的处理效果下降,仅能达到44.7%,但是NO_2的处理效果变化不大,仍可以达到98%。
NOx is a kind of important pollutant in the preservation of cultural relics. Recently, it has become a hot topic to use abundant and inexpensive bamboo and charcoal as adsorbents to remove pollutants. In this work, low temperature bamboo charcoal was used to purify low nitrogen oxides, and the influencing factors were discussed. The surface morphology of low temperature bamboo charcoal was studied by SEM. The results showed that the treatment efficiency could reach 84% ~ 94% at the concentration of 133 ~ 457μg / m ~ 3NO and the treatment efficiency could reach 93.3% ~ 97.7% at the concentration of 82 ~ 453μg / m ~ 3NO_2. When NO and NO 2 were present at the same time, the treatment effect of NO decreased only 44.7% at 500μg / m ~ 3 (NO: NO_2 = 2: 1), but the treatment effect of NO_2 did not change much, 98%.
