本文报道老年原发性扩张型心肌病１１３例，占同期扩张型心肌病的２６．２％，８０％患者从事体力劳动。临床特点为起病缓慢，病程较长，心脏扩大明显，全心衰及顽固性心衰发生率较高，各种心律失常多见。住院期病死率为２０．４％，明显高于同期成人病组。对本病的治疗及影响预后因素作了简要讨论。 This article reports 113 cases of elderly primary dilated cardiomyopathy, accounting for 26.2% of dilated cardiomyopathy in the same period, 80% of the patients engaged in manual labor. Clinical features of slow onset, longer course, the heart to expand significantly, the whole heart failure and refractory heart failure higher incidence of various arrhythmias more common. In-hospital mortality was 20.4%, significantly higher than the same period adult disease group. The treatment of the disease and prognosis factors were briefly discussed.
