随着教育与心理学等交叉学科的不断促进发展,教育心理学这一门综合性学科应运而生。它从理论出发,在实践中总结经验,结合现代教育发展的趋势,在学校教育中起着不可或缺的作用。教育心理学这门学科在高职院校的教学管理中占据着举足轻重的地位,它不仅能够给高职教学管理带来的积极影响,也是高职院校学生理性认知自身心理状况的需要。在高职院校中加入和提升教育心理学的课程普及,对于有效提高高职院校学生的心理素质,有着积极良好的影响,有利于帮助学生树立起正确的人生观和价值观,合理认清自身心理活动的变化,对学生的身心成长有着巨大作用。本文结合教育心理学的特点,对其在高职教学管理中的应用做出初步分析。
