“分层教学”就是尊重学生差异,促进全体学生发展的有效措施。本文以《济南的冬天》一课为例,来探讨分层次的教学模式在实际教学中的应用。一、了解差异,分层建组基于对全班学生的学习基础,接受能力和发展能力的充分了解,科学地把学生分为A、B、C三个小组,A组为学习基础很好,学习态度严谨,接受能力较快的学生。C组为学习基础较差,接受能力迟缓,厌学情绪严重的学生。B
